Sudbury Injustice's Home

Help Section

This entire page will be devoted to a collection of Web links that may help you if you have Court.

The first link explains why you may want to record your own hearings.
In my personal experience at the Sudbury Courthouse, what you get transcribed in a Court transcript and what was actually said is not
always the same.

It's very wise to record your own hearings when the people who are
on trial are members of the Government. (i.e. Police, Crown Attorney, City,etc.).

I couldn't agree more with what is said in the following link.
